Between the Threads

Webster Arts invited art submissions for our final exhibit of 2019, Between the Threads. Fiber artists were encouraged to submit 2D & 3D work that is fiber-based, including hand-made paper sculpture, art quilts, tapestry, weaving, basketry, art knitting, embroidery, etc. The focus of the work is on the fiber itself and fiber techniques and is a part of the Innovations in Textiles collaborative throughout St. Louis created to investigate the state of contemporary textile arts.
