Small Works XI, April 2019
Small Works exhibitions are juried art shows featuring 25-30 pieces art by St. Louis-area artists. Each piece must be no larger than 16x20 inches including framing and can be created using any two-dimensional medium. Started in 2016, Small Works hosts two to four shows per year, each on display for one month at the Webster Groves Public Library Gallery. Webster Arts also hosts an artists’ reception, free and open to the public, in which the artists are in attendance to present their works. The artwork is also for sale, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Webster Arts and Webster Groves Public Library, both nonprofit organizations.
Congratulations to Anan Zhao for winning Best of Show with their piece Splice.
